KINDERTONS ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT has already employed 140 new staff in 2016 and is continuing its recruitment drive as the business goes from strength to strength.

Assessment days take place in the Crewe Head Office. Prospective employees receive a brief introduction from various members of staff who describe their role and how long they have been with the company. The day is relaxed and friendly with various activities such as reading and speaking, typing and team building.

Successful candidates receive an interview towards the end of the assessment day.

Recruitment isn’t always based on current skill and ability as the in-house training team provides all the tools needed to take on key roles in the company.
