Kindertons managed Johns claim after an accident that wasn’t his fault. He left a review online and was put in the March prize draw that he duly won. Kindertons operate a quarterly prize draw and ask clients to leave a review to be in with a chance to win – all with a view of building up more and more honest reviews and developing improved customer service.
