KINDERTONS ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT is named amongst some of the biggest prestige brand names in the UK as part of an exclusive group of finalists in the 2017 Customer Satisfaction Awards.

Barclays, Home Group and Openreach are on the shortlist of only 10 finalists, including Kindertons Accident Management. It demonstrates how expert the Crewe based accident aftercare and mobility provider to the insurance industry has become at meeting customer needs.

Janice Cadden, Kindertons Group Sales Director, said: “Since launching our customer service programme ‘Driven By You’ in late 2014 we have improved service levels to new highs - this award finals is another recognition of that by an independent and very credible Institute.

The Customer Satisfaction Award winners will be announced on 7th March. Kindertons is entered in the Customer Focus Award - Large Enterprise category. The Award is organised by The Institute of Customer Service, the independent, professional membership body for customer service. Founded in 1996, and formally incorporated in February 1997, it helps members improve their customers’ experience and their own business performance.

The latest award shortlist for Kindertons comes after achieving the finals in the UK Customer Experience Awards in September 2016; and being awarded the Institute of Customer Service ServiceMark Accreditation in December 2016.
