Kindertons has won the Outstanding Customer Journey Award at the prestigious UK Customer Excellence Awards.
The awards, which were held virtually last week, honour businesses that put their customers first and at the heart of their product offering, providing a firm ‘seal of approval’ for everyone in the claims and insurance industry.
The Outstanding Customer Journey Award was awarded to Kindertons for providing an unrivalled level of customer care and service coupled with its exceptional response to changing customer needs and expectations, which was no mean feat during 2020.

We are delighted to announce that Plantec also received the Best Use of Customer Feedback Award. Their submission focussed on the implementation of the Rant n Rave platform. This customer feedback system provides the opportunity to hear the true voice of the customer, with the quality of service delivery being the only way to impact the results.
Kindertons has had a very successful year in terms of award nominations, having been shortlisted for an impressive nine awards across the group so far in 2020. (Plantec were also shortlisted for three awards)
