Kindertons is extremely proud to have been named finalists in not just one, but two categories at The Institute of Customer Service 2020 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.
We've been named finalists in both:
- Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy
- Best Customer Experience
To be named finalists again at these prestigious awards is testament to the excellent customer service we are consistently providing. We’ll be in good company at the ceremony, with global brands such as Tesco, O2 and Aviva also up for awards.
Last year saw Kindertons named finalists for the Quality Service Provider of the Year Award and the Customer Feedback Strategy Award, who were claimed by Canary Wharf Management and British Telecoms (BT) respectively.
We’re hoping to go one better in March and come away as winners this time around.
