We're delighted to launch our new mobile app...
The new Kindertons app has arrived on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
The app allows users to submit new claims, track existing claims, request urgent assistance and speak to a dedicated Claims Handler regarding their claim.
When submitting a claim, users can provide us with an extensive range of information regarding their accident, such as the following:
- Third Party’s details
- Date and Time of accident
- Location of accident
- Description of the damage
- Witness details
- Police details (if applicable)
Once a claim is progressed, claimants can login and chat with their Claims Handler to receive regular updates, using the in-app messaging facility.
