Donald worked in both the legal and financial sectors.

Donald has been with ExamWorks UK since 2008 and was Managing Director of the Medico Legal business, Premex Services, until 2013. Since then, Donald has been the Global ExamWorks UK CEO with responsibility for all UK businesses: the Premex Group, UKIM and now The Kindertons Group, who joined the ExamWorks family in August 2018. Prior to joining ExamWorks, Donald worked in both the legal and financial sectors, spending five years in private practice as a corporate lawyer, followed by a further eight years in the banking and private equity sectors with the Bank of Scotland/HBOS.


Paul has a successful track record in the insurance industry both in the claims and underwriting arena including a 20 year career at AXA and strong connections with major brokers and insurers and was recently President of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Bolton. He has supported many organisations over recent years in the claims supply chain sector to improve service and create new propositions for clients. Paul joined Kindertons as Managing Director in March 2019 and has overall responsibility for the day to day leadership of our business and service delivery to our customers. He continues to manage our other niche business, Plantec Assist.

Shaun established Kindertons in 1993 in his hometown of Middlewich in Cheshire.

The Group benefits from Shaun’s extensive experience in the sector and his active involvement in the various challenges the industry has faced over recent years. This includes the recent Competition & Markets Authority investigation into Private Motor Insurance. His role within the Credit Hire Organisation and member of the ABI GTA Technical Committee, which helps govern the day to day running of the protocol agreement between insurers and CHO’s, is highly influential.


Dan has overall responsibility for the Claims Operations for Kindertons Accident Management based in Crewe and the 250 claims handling staff within this area. He joined the business in 1998 and has worked in a number of different business functions in addition to claims during his time, playing a key part in the business growth.

Christian is responsible for defining and delivering the overall strategy for sales

Christian is responsible for defining and delivering the overall strategy for sales and marketing across the different sectors in which the Group operates. A highly successful senior leader with a strong track record in sales, customer service and general management. Christian is instrumental in supporting the Group’s continued growth through the ongoing focus on strong client retention, market leading customer service and new customer acquisition. Christian was previously Managing Director and co-founder of Jigsaw Law which is the one of the group companies.


Dan joined Kindertons in June 2016 as Group IT Director. He has overall responsibility for Application Design & Development, IT Infrastructure and End User Technology/Support. Dan is responsible for setting and delivering the IT strategy to ensure that the IT function is able to underpin the future growth of the group in its chosen markets. With a strong track record in delivering IT change projects, IT Service Delivery Management and Information Security, Dan will be key to the growth of the group by ensuring that we leverage competitive advantage via our use of technology to support the overall business strategy. Dan holds a BSc Honours Degree in Business Information Systems and has further specialist professional accreditations in Information Security, Project and Program Management as well as IT Service Management. Dan has spent his career in highly customer centric market sectors such as retail where he was IT Manager at JJB Sports and Technical Director at Cybertill before moving into the automotive industry with Kindertons.

Kirsty joined The Kindertons Group in 2018 as Group Recoveries Director.

Kirsty joined The Kindertons Group in 2018 as Group Recoveries Director. Harnessing a strong strategic and technical background, she guides the Recoveries department in collecting monies owed whilst minimising insurer friction and catering for scalability. A multi-disciplined leader, Kirsty has extensive and varied experience within the credit hire and personal injury sectors, and has been a qualified Solicitor for the last 19 years. For the last two years, Kirsty has chaired the Credit Hire Organisation and also sits on the GTA Technical Committee.


Christophe is responsible for the Group’s fleet funding, procurement and logistics. He has also been heavily involved in the integration of a number of acquisitions made by the Group, including Plantec Assist and Sovereign Automotive. Christophe originally joined Kindertons in 1997 when the credit hire industry was in its infancy.

Tamsyn is dedicated to delivering strong commercially-focused outcomes for the business.

Tamsyn is responsible for defining and implementing the people strategy that supports the wider ExamWorks UK’s strategic goals, which includes the business objectives set by The Kindertons Group. Tamsyn is a qualified HR professional (FCIPD) and Occupational Psychologist (AFBPsS) who has worked across a variety of business sectors. Starting her career with Royal Mail Group and then Reckitt Benckiser, Tamsyn is dedicated to delivering strong commercially-focused outcomes for the business. Change management and high performance are critical factors to business success and both involve bringing our people with us on the journey.


Caroline joined the company in 2009 and advises the wider ExamWorks group in respect of a wide range of legal and compliance matters. Caroline is responsible for driving forward the ExamWorks compliance and risk management programme, helping to ensure that the company ethos of continual improvement and active risk management is the forefront of the group strategy. Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and spent seven years as a corporate lawyer in Manchester, initially with Brabners Chaffe Street and latterly as an associate with DLA Piper.
