Keeping Customers Mobile
At Kindertons Accident Management, we appreciate the need to get customers back up and running and keep them mobile throughout the claims process, allowing them to get on with their day to day lives. We’ll always investigate the need to provide a replacement vehicle to the customer, prior to instruction, to ensure there is a valid requirement. Where it is deemed appropriate, we will arrange delivery of a replacement vehicle of similar size and specification.

We currently have a diverse fleet in excess of 4,500 vehicles. It includes over 300 different vehicle types and models, ranging from cars and motorbikes to LCVs and dual-control vehicles. We also have the largest UK credit hire taxi fleet, with over 550 vehicles available as well as 125 hybrid and electric vehicles on fleet across the wider Kindertons Group.
Ability to meet customer demand
We continually review the size and breakdown of our fleet to ensure we maintain the right volume and type of vehicles to support the ongoing needs of our customers. We also have agreements in place with a selection of daily rental partners to allow us to cross-hire if necessary during periods of peak volume, ensuring the service we provide to our customers is not compromised.

Nationwide Delivery Network
Our delivery network consists of 13 logistically-placed transport depots, allowing us to provide nationwide coverage for our customers. Our Central depot, based in Atherstone, also provides us with the opportunity to deliver replacement vehicles to our customers on Sundays (subject to availability and customer demand).
