BREAKDOWN COVER
If you have ever broken down you will know only too well the difficulties faced in arranging the recovery of your vehicle. On top of that, there is the pressing problem of how you will continue to your destination.
Just one call to our 24-hour helpline is all it takes to get your client moving again. An operator will immediately be dispatched and wherever possible a roadside repair will be carried out allowing them to continue their journey with the minimum of fuss. If this is not possible they will be recovered to the nearest suitable repairer, their onward destination or home address, whichever is nearer.

GUARANTEED REPLACEMENT VEHICLE INSURANCE
Having an accident or a vehicle stolen can be stressful enough without the inconvenience of being off the road whilst it’s being repaired or replaced. Guaranteed Replacement Vehicle Insurance will ensure your clients stay on the road when this happens.
A replacement vehicle will be provided for up to 28 days if their own vehicle is stolen or rendered undrivable following a road traffic accident, fire, theft, attempted theft, theft of parts or malicious damage. This could be whilst repairs are being completed or until they receive settlement of the pre-accident valuation.
The replacement vehicle is normally provided within 48 hours of the incident being reported to us and includes free collection and delivery, resulting in the minimum of disruption for your client.

We offer seven standard vehicle types to best suit your client's requirements; the following indicates typical replacement vehicles for each type.

DRIVERS CLUB
Having an accident can be stressful enough without the inconvenience of being provided with a small courtesy vehicle unsuited to the clients needs or indeed no vehicle at all following a fault accident.
Our Drivers Club Combined Motor Legal Expenses Insurance is focused on delivering a first class service combined with a guaranteed replacement vehicle for up to 14 days following a fault accident, fire, theft, attempted theft, theft of parts or malicious damage to a vehicle during the period of cover. For non-fault accidents they will receive a replacement vehicle that is suitable for their needs whilst their own vehicle is off the road.
We offer a 24-7 accident reporting line and our claims handlers are focused on providing the most appropriate solution for your clients needs. They will work with them to ensure any claims are handled as efficiently as possible.
In addition to a guaranteed replacement vehicle the policy includes motor legal expenses with a £100,000 limit of indemnity per claim and provides recovery of any uninsured losses arising from a non-fault accident.

TAXI CLUB

Our Taxi Club policy will ensure your clients stay on the road when this happens, delivering a first class claims service combined with a guaranteed private replacement vehicle or City of London Public Hire Hackney for up to 28 days following a fault accident, fire, theft, attempted theft, theft of parts or malicious damage claim during the period of cover.
For non-fault accidents they will receive a replacement vehicle suitable for their needs whilst their own vehicle is off the road.
In addition, any excess payable to their motor insurer will be reimbursed following settlement of their main motor insurance claim.*

EXCESS PROTECTION
Excess Protection Insurance is designed to cover your clients excess payment when they need to make a claim on their Private Motor, Commercial Vehicle, Commercial Fleet or Commercial Business Insurance policy. There is information on each of our Excess Protection policies below.
Private Motor Excess Protection:
Cover is available to all UK residents holding a full and valid UK driving licence or full internationally recognised licence.
The policy covers accidental damage, fire, theft and vandalism for motor cars and motorbikes.
Commercial Vehicle Excess Protection:
This policy covers accidental damage, fire, theft and vandalism for commercial vehicles, taxis and dual-control vehicles.
Cover is available to all UK residents holding a full and valid UK driving licence or full internationally recognised licence.
Commercial Fleet Excess Protection:
The insured must be a company based in the UK and cover is provided for all named drivers holding a full and current UK driving licence or internationally recognised licence.
The policy covers vehicles up to a maximum weight of 44 tonnes. (Any vehicles exceeding 3.5 tonnes in weight must be owned, hired or leased by the insured). Cover ranges from £500 to £25,000 and is dependent on the fleet size (maximum 100 vehicles).
Commercial Business Excess Protection:
The policy will cover up to three business premises, further policies can be purchased for each additional three premises.
The policy covers business interruption, fire, flood, public or product liability, theft or vandalism.
FAMILY LEGAL EXPENSES INSURANCE

The policy provides cover to the value of £500 for homeowner residential properties and £300 for landlord residential properties.
