Kindertons, one of the UK’s leading Claims Management companies and providers of add-on Insurance products, has completed its big roll-out on ICE.
Both launches empower Kindertons to have a competitive edge in the marketplace, through improved operational efficiencies, cost savings, stronger ROI and enhanced customer satisfaction.
Kindertons & Acturis Launch is Live
Kindertons are now live on the Acturis platform with two of their most popular insurance products – the Defaqto 5-star rated Motor Legal Expenses Insurance and Drivers Club Insurance. These are available as Add Ons for a wide range of product targets.
These products can be accessed now by contacting Kindertons or the Acturis HelpDesk.
Kindertons Accident Management now live on ICE Claims
Kindertons selected ICE InsureTech as their strategic partner to power Kindertons Accident Management on ICE Claims, ICE’s scalable and configurable claims management system.
Over the last year, Kindertons has been planning, testing and piloting the ICE Claims platform, and has already onboarded several of their smaller accounts. However now is the time for their remaining accounts to move across and their existing platform to be phased out.
Why ICE?
- Ease of integration: ICE’s Open Business APIs connects into Kindertons’ work provider portal and fleet management system.
- Scalability: The platform will adapt alongside Kindertons growth
- Streamlined Claims Processing: Kindertons can now easily automate the routine and deal with the exception
- Data Analytics and Insights: ICE Claims offers valuable insights into customer behaviour and operational performance
Quotes
Christophe Leemanyan, Kindertons’ Managing Director commented: “As part of our technological overhaul we needed a new platform to replace our existing Claims Management System, which, as the company has grown, is no longer fit for purpose long-term. It was essential that the new platform would address efficiency challenges, improve our capabilities and integrate with other systems. It also helped that many of our partners were already familiar with the platform.
From the start, ICE has worked with us in identifying where to enhance and transform processes. Their expertise, fresh thinking and transparency has enabled us to build a great working relationship with them which has in turn strengthened our claims management proposition.”
Sue Wain, Kindertons’ Insurance Products Manager commented: “Partnering with Acturis was the next logical step for us in terms of our commitment to our brokers. Our job is to make life as easy as possible and offer as great a choice as possible. As many of our current brokers are already using the platform, now they’ll have the convenience of being able to incept our products without having to log on to another system. It’s also been the perfect timing with the integration of ICE and we’re really looking forward to now going live.”
Andrew Passfield, CEO at ICE InsureTech: “The success of the launch is another example of an accident management company benefiting from our wealth of experience in claims management implementations. The fact Kindertons has selected two strategic partners in the Acturis Group highlights the strength, collaboration and impact the group is having the market place.”
Russell Anderton, Product Manager at Acturis: “Acturis is delighted to partner with Kindertons to bring two of their core Accident Management products to the Acturis platform – Motor Legal Expenses and Drivers Club. Instant quotes and efficient trading will be possible on both products through the Acturis Etrade facility further enhancing the broad range of Etrade products available to the Acturis broker community.
