Kindertons named as a finalist at the UKCXA Customer Experience Awards 2021

The announcement comes less than a month after Kindertons was shortlisted for the ‘Best Customer Experience’ category at the Institute of Customer Service’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2021, meaning a double celebration and a fantastic achievement. 

The ‘Best Use of Customer Feedback (SME)’ category recognises those customer-focused organisations who have most successfully used customer feedback to adapt and improve the customer experience.

Feedback is absolutely critical for us to be able to operate and provide the levels of service that we do, and as such we’ve placed significant investment in our Rant & Rave feedback platform. More than ever, over the past 12 months we’ve utilised this customer feedback to help shape the customer experience throughout the pandemic. We’ve worked tirelessly to continue to offer the same level of service to our customers and exceed their expectations, without any compromise.

Customer Service Director, Mick Murphy commented: “We are delighted to have been recognised once again for our Customer Experience strategy. We invested in our Rant & Rave platform to allow us insight into understanding how the customer reacts along the claims journey, how they perceive the overall experience and what changes they would recommend – and this award nomination is testament not only to the technologies but also to our people who’ve been working extremely hard to ensure our service offering remains the best around.

Our NPS scores continue to improve month on month which follows the improvements that we’ve made to our customer service offering - so it’s really great that it’s being recognised in this way.

All finalists will present to the UKCXA Customer Experience Awards judging panels at their live online event on 7^th October, following which there will be a Q&A with the judges.

The winners will be announced at a live online ceremony on October 14^th.
