We are so thrilled to have won the Contact Centre Award at last night’s Insurance CX Awards.
We've been in the world of Insurance – predominantly Credit Hire - for almost 30 years. We’re still here and we're still doing alright! Although we have grown considerably and obviously evolved with technologies along the way, we still have the same customer-centric ethos that we did right at the beginning - plus there's still a few of the same faces here too!
Our company is built around our staff and we are so proud of the fantastic teams that we have in place. We're also lucky enough to call many of our business partners friends too.
